How long will my teeth feel clean after using ORAPARx®?
This is specific to each individual. Some people find that their teeth are still squeaky clean for days, while others, a shorter period of time. Without ORAPARx
® most find that after brushing, teeth begin to build biofilm hours later, usually after the first meal or snack.

What is that fuzzy film I get on my teeth?

Can I use plain baking soda in my mouth tray and get the same results?
No, as ORAPARx
® consists of a patented, proprietary formulation containing ingredients other than sodium bicarbonate, which work together to achieve exceptional cleansing results. Additionally, ORAPARx
® is formulated using a superior grade of sodium bicarbonate, unlike that commonly found in stores. If you were to put household baking soda into a mouth tray and insert it into your mouth, it would not only be unpleasant, but simply would not work. This is what is so wondrous about ORAPARx
®. Professionals have known for years of the wondrous properties of sodium bicarbonate, but were never able to formulate it in such a way that allowed it to remain undiluted and in contact with the teeth and under the gum line for enough time to be effective.

Sodium Bicarbonate has been around forever, why is ORAPARx® any different than other products with Sodium Bicarbonate?
Sodium Bicarbonate will dissolve upon contact with saliva or water. Once dissolved, Sodium Bicarbonate becomes inactive. To be effective, Sodium Bicarbonate must remain in contact, in an active state, on the tooth and gum surface for approximately 10 minutes. This has not been achieved with Sodium Bicarbonate based products, until ORAPARx
®.

No, it is the same process and the same product. However, your dentist or dental hygienist may include ORAPARx
® as part of your application plan with suggestions specific to your clinically observed oral condition. Additionally, your dentist can monitor you through the process, check on and chart your progress and make recommendations accordingly.
